Sheba Tel Hashomer Medical Center Clinical Partner Team Member

I Fell in love with surgery on my first visit to the OR in med school. Following a residency in General Surgery, I went on to a fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at the University of Toronto, Canada. After returning to Israel, was appointed Head of the service for Young Women with Breast Cancer at the Sheba medical Center.
Working with cancer patients, and especially young women, is both challenging and fulfilling. I believe that my job is not only to treat, but also to understand the effect both the diagnosis and the treatment have on my patients’ lives.
I am married and the proud mother of two girls. Practice Ashtanga yoga and love embroidery.
